Second, you'll want an agent with the experience needed to know the local neighborhoods, schools, market conditions, ordinances, etc. With my years of experience in the local market - I have the expertise and track record of success you need. Over the years I have resided in numerous Oahu neighborhoods and now reside in Kailua. The photo above was taken on Lanikai Beach. The beach is where I love to relax and meditate and at times have used it as an office. Some of my other passions are photography, videography, Yoga, Reiki, riding motorcycles, classic muscle cars, shooting pool, and simply being around animals.
